Just choose one of the available rooms and click on "book room". You will be asked to fill out a quick form and our team will get in touch to finalize the details.
We just need you to send your ID or Passport, the signed accomodation agreement and a comprovative of payment of the deposit (equivalent to 1 month's rent).
The deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and charged when you book a room. Right after the end of your stay we will check if everything is ok with your room and send you back the amount.
Sure! Just get in touch and tell us what rooms you would like to visit.
No problem, besides detailed photos of the room and appartment you're interested, we can send you a pre-recorded video tour. Additionally, if you know anyone already in town they can do the house tour for you and let you know what they think.
Our minimum stay is of 1 month, however during the academic period we tend to give preference to longer bookings. Booking periods are more flexible in the summer.
Unfortunetly yes. If you cancel your booking before the end of the agreed period your a fine equivalent to your deposit amount will be charged.
